Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and commercial electrical systems.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams to understand project requirements.
- Perform routine inspections of electrical systems to ensure compliance with safety codes and regulations.
- Utilize hand and power tools to complete electrical tasks efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members regarding job progress and potential issues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and physically demanding environments.
- Strong desire to learn the electrical trade and willingness to undergo on-the-job training.
- Basic math skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends if necessary.
