Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, wiring, and fixtures.
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on electrical equipment.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to understand project requirements.
- Ensure all work complies with local and national electrical codes (NEC).
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure project goals are met.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation are mandatory.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy materials and work in various environments (heat, heights, etc.).
- Basic math skills and ability to read measurements.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- No prior experience required; trade school certification or military electrical experience is a plus.
