About the Role:
As an entry-level electrician, you will work alongside our senior team members to install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential and commercial settings. You will learn the intricacies of the trade while contributing to real projects in the Greater Cleveland area.
Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to understand project specifications.
- Perform basic electrical tasks such as pulling wire, mounting outlets, and installing lighting fixtures under supervision.
- Ensure all work is performed in strict accordance with local, state, and national electrical codes.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site, including the proper handling of tools and materials.
- Communicate effectively with project managers and clients regarding project status and safety concerns.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Valid driverβs license and a clean driving record.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and work in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills for reading measurements and calculating material needs.
- A strong desire to learn the trade and a commitment to safety protocols.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
