Responsibilities
- Assist master plumbers with pipe installation, repair, and maintenance
- Learn to diagnose plumbing issues using diagnostic tools
- Perform fixture installations (sinks, toilets, water heaters)
- Follow safety protocols and building codes strictly
- Maintain clean job sites and organize tools/equipment
- Document work progress and complete service reports
- Participate in ongoing skills training sessions
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – training provided!
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Houston
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Commitment to completing 3-year apprenticeship program
