Responsibilities
- Assist senior plumbers with installation, repair, and maintenance of residential plumbing systems
- Learn to diagnose and troubleshoot common plumbing issues including leaks, clogs, and fixture replacements
- Perform routine maintenance tasks like drain cleaning and pipe inspection under supervision
- Adhere to all safety protocols and building codes during all work activities
- Maintain clean and organized job sites, including proper tool handling and waste disposal
- Document work performed and materials used using company digital systems
- Participate in ongoing skills training and certification programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Willingness to work flexible hours including occasional weekends
- Pass background check and drug screening
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred (training provided)
