Responsibilities
- Assist Senior Technicians: Support experienced plumbers with residential and commercial installations and repairs.
- Equipment Maintenance: Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe by properly handling tools and materials.
- System Installation: Learn to assemble, fit, and secure pipes, tubing, and fittings using appropriate tools.
- Leak Detection: Help identify and repair leaks in various plumbing systems under supervision.
- Customer Service: Interact with clients to explain services and maintain a professional image.
- Compliance: Follow all OSHA safety standards and company operational procedures.
Qualifications
- Experience: No prior plumbing experience required. We will train the right candidate.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
- License: Valid Ohio Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work in tight spaces, and stand for extended periods.
- Work Ethic: Motivated, punctual, and willing to work in all weather conditions.
- Tools: Basic hand tools are a plus but not required.
