Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain residential/commercial plumbing systems
- Diagnose leaks, clogs, and pipe malfunctions using diagnostic tools
- Assemble and install water heaters, fixtures, and pipe networks
- Adhere to Washington State plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance
- Document service reports and maintain inventory of materials
- Collaborate with senior technicians on complex projects
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Washington State driver's license
- Basic plumbing knowledge or trade school certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- OSHA 10-hour construction certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
