Responsibilities
- Assist senior plumbers with installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems
- Perform pipefitting, drain clearing, and fixture repairs under supervision
- Follow safety protocols and maintain clean job sites
- Learn to read blueprints and technical specifications
- Operate plumbing tools and equipment (provided)
- Document work orders and inventory usage
- Participate in emergency plumbing calls as needed
Qualifications
- No experience required - we train motivated beginners!
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Willingness to obtain Michigan plumbing license (company-sponsored)
- Basic hand tool knowledge preferred
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
