Responsibilities
- Execute precise concrete forming, pouring, and finishing tasks
- Operate heavy machinery including excavators and forklifts with certification
- Install structural steel components and framing systems
- Perform site preparation including grading and utility trenching
- Conduct daily equipment maintenance and safety inspections
- Collaborate with electricians and plumbers on integrated systems
- Adhere to OSHA standards and project-specific protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years commercial construction experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Valid Class B CDL license preferred
- Proficient in blueprint reading and layout techniques
- Ability to lift 75 pounds regularly and work in extreme weather
- Experience with MIG welding and pipefitting a plus
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
