Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and earth-moving operations
- Install, repair, and maintain structural components and finishes
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, forklifts, etc.) with precision
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and project specifications
- Collaborate with skilled trades (carpenters, electricians, etc.)
- Maintain clean, organized, and hazard-free work environments
- Complete daily progress reports and quality checks
Qualifications
- 3+ years of commercial construction experience
- Valid O-10 certification or equivalent safety credentials
- Proficiency with hand/power tools and heavy machinery
- Ability to read blueprints and technical schematics
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift 50+ lbs
- OSHA 10-hour construction certification required
- PA driver's license with clean record
- Pre-employment background check and drug screen
