Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and concrete pouring tasks
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, forklifts) with proper certifications
- Assist carpenters and masons with material handling and assemblyMaintain clean, organized work areas and adhere to OSHA standards
- Read and interpret blueprints and project specifications
- Participate in daily safety briefings and toolbox meetings
- Complete daily equipment maintenance checks
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of construction labor experience
- Valid OSHA 10/30 certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Class B CDL license preferred (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Basic math skills for material measurements
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Team player with strong communication skills
