Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial plumbing systems
- Diagnose plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Perform drain cleaning, pipe repair, and fixture installations
- Ensure compliance with Texas plumbing codes and regulations
- Provide emergency service calls with 24/7 on-call rotation
- Train apprentices and mentor junior plumbers
- Manage inventory and equipment maintenance

Qualifications
- Texas state plumbing license (Journeyman or Master)
- Minimum 3 years of residential/commercial plumbing experience
- Proficiency in trenchless pipe repair and video inspection
- Knowledge of local Austin plumbing codes and permit processes
- Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
