Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation tasks including excavation, grading, and material handling
- Operate hand/power tools safely and effectively (saws, drills, jackhammers)
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other trades with material assembly
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and comply with OSHA standards
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment efficiently
- Perform basic concrete work (pouring, finishing, patching)
- Participate in daily safety briefings and toolbox meetings
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and work in extreme weather
- Basic math skills for material measurement and inventory
- Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred (training provided if not)
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
