Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and material handling tasks
- Operate hand/power tools and heavy machinery safely
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean job sites
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other skilled trades
- Read blueprints and follow supervisor instructions
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Complete daily reports and documentation
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Flexible availability including overtime and weekends
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Commitment to workplace safety standards
- Willingness to obtain required certifications (paid training)
