Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties
- Diagnose complex plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Ensure compliance with California plumbing codes and green building standards
- Manage project timelines and coordinate with contractors/clients
- Mentor junior plumbers and maintain safety protocols
- Provide emergency services and after-hours support on rotation
Qualifications
- CA State Master Plumber License (mandatory)
- 5+ years of hands-on plumbing experience
- Expertise in trenchless pipe repair and water conservation systems
- Valid California driver's license and clean driving record
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
