Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive technical roadmap for AI infrastructure leading into 2026.
- Architect scalable systems for next-generation Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal agents.
- Lead high-level design sessions to integrate emerging technologies (e.g., quantum computing interfaces, neuromorphic chips) into our core stack.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate 2026 strategic goals into concrete technical milestones.
- Oversee the migration of legacy systems to cloud-native, AI-native architectures.
- Establish best practices for AI safety, bias mitigation, and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and distributed systems design.
