Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for AI development, defining key milestones and deliverables for the upcoming years.

- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with quantum research teams and software engineers to integrate emerging technologies into production environments.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish frameworks for responsible AI, ensuring transparency and fairness in algorithmic decision-making.
- Talent Development: Mentor a high-performing team of data scientists and machine learning engineers.
Qualifications
- Advanced Degree: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in AI/ML architecture, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, AWS/GCP).
- Futuristic Vision: Proven track record of identifying emerging tech trends and integrating them into business strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business insights for stakeholders.
