Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 5-year innovation roadmaps aligned with technological convergence trends
- Lead cross-functional sprints to prototype and validate emerging technologies (quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis in exponential tech domains
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D pioneers
- Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business opportunities
- Champion ethical innovation frameworks and responsible deployment protocols
- Mentor next-generation innovators through our Future Leaders Program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or emerging tech roles
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products in exponential tech
- Deep expertise in at least two future-critical domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Experience with futures methodologies (scenario planning, Delphi, etc.)
- Exceptional systems thinking and probabilistic modeling capabilities
- Published thought leadership in tech ethics or innovation strategy
- Advanced degree in STEM, Business, or Futuristics preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ disruptive innovations
