Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies with 3-5 year market impact assessment
- Architect innovation roadmaps for sustainable urban systems and climate adaptation
- Coordinate with quantum computing teams to develop next-gen cryptography solutions
- Design human-AI collaboration frameworks for ethical decision-making systems
- Develop biometric interface protocols for neurodiverse accessibility
- Establish governance models for decentralized autonomous organizations (DAOs)
- Present strategic forecasts to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in innovation strategy or emerging technology consulting
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or AI governance
- Proven track record of scaling technological solutions across complex ecosystems
- Strong systems thinking with ability to model interconnected socio-technical impacts
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS, Foresight Practitioner)
- Experience publishing in peer-reviewed journals on technology ethics or innovation
