Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable, high-performance AI architectures for 2026 enterprise solutions.
- Lead the research and implementation of next-gen neural network models, including Transformers and GANs.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of AI development, from data ingestion and preprocessing to model training and deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into core product ecosystems.
- Establish best practices for ethical AI, ensuring transparency, fairness, and accountability in algorithmic decision-making.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to ensure our infrastructure remains robust against future technological shifts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on Machine Learning and Deep Learning.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Strong understanding of distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, Docker, AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade AI models at scale.
- Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision is highly desirable.
