The Role:
You will bridge the gap between theoretical research and scalable production systems. Your expertise will guide our roadmap as we transition from current AI capabilities to the autonomous systems envisioned for 2026.
Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design and oversee the deployment of large-scale AI infrastructure capable of handling real-time, multi-modal data streams with zero latency.
- AGI Readiness: Lead the technical strategy for integrating Generative AI models into core business logic, ensuring scalability and security.
- Research & Development: Collaborate with PhD researchers to prototype novel algorithms that push the boundaries of machine learning efficiency.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Compliance & Ethics: Implement rigorous safety protocols to ensure AI outputs are unbiased, transparent, and compliant with global regulations.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously analyze system bottlenecks and optimize neural network architectures for maximum throughput.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 8+ years of professional experience in software architecture, with at least 4 years focused specifically on AI/ML systems.
- Technical Stack: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Rust. Experience with distributed computing (Kubernetes, AWS/Azure/GCP) is essential.
- Futuristic Skills: Demonstrated experience with Neural Architecture Search (NAS) and Federated Learning.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in high-pressure environments.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
