Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional think tanks with C-suite executives from diverse sectors
- Produce foresight reports on post-2025 workforce evolution and economic shifts
- Design ethical frameworks for next-generation human-machine collaboration
- Present strategic recommendations to the Board of Directors and external stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets for future-focused pilot programs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic consulting, R&D, or futures planning
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Policy, or related field
- Proven track record of influencing enterprise-level transformation
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
