Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Architect and execute the technical strategy for upcoming product releases, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
- Design Scalable Systems: Design high-availability, fault-tolerant microservices architectures using modern cloud-native technologies.
- AI Integration: Lead the integration of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning models into core operational workflows.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor senior engineering teams, establish best practices for CI/CD pipelines, and drive code quality standards.
- Feasibility Studies: Conduct in-depth assessments of emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and designers to translate complex requirements into robust technical blueprints.
- Security & Compliance: Implement enterprise-grade security protocols to protect sensitive data in decentralized environments.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of professional experience in software architecture, system design, and distributed systems.
- Programming: Deep proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust, with experience in functional programming paradigms.
- Cloud Mastery: Extensive experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure, and container orchestration tools like Kubernetes and Docker.
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in Agile or Scrum environments.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to navigate ambiguity and solve complex technical challenges.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for executive-level reporting.
