Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technical roadmap for the 2026 initiative, focusing on scalable AI and quantum-ready systems.
- Lead the architecture design for high-availability, distributed systems that can handle exabyte-scale data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, research) to translate strategic vision into technical specifications.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., neuromorphic computing, advanced LLMs) and integrate them into our core infrastructure.
- Ensure system security, scalability, and compliance with global data regulations.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Strong background in Machine Learning infrastructure and large-scale data processing (Spark, Hadoop, or similar).
- Experience with high-level programming languages such as Python, Rust, or Go.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on scalability and performance optimization.
- Strong communication skills, capable of bridging the gap between technical teams and executive stakeholders.
