Responsibilities

- Quantum Readiness: Oversee the transition and adaptation of legacy systems to quantum-ready architectures, ensuring high performance and security.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and developers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for executive leadership and non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years leading high-scale technical teams.
- Core Skills: Deep expertise in Python, Rust, and distributed systems. Experience with quantum computing frameworks is a major plus.
