Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technical Stack: Lead the architectural strategy for scalable, high-performance systems capable of handling next-generation AI workloads and quantum data processing.
- Prototype Innovation: Spearhead the development of Proof of Concepts (POCs) for emerging technologies, validating feasibility before full-scale deployment.
- System Scalability: Design fault-tolerant, elastic architectures that ensure 99.99% uptime and seamless scalability as our user base grows.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineering teams to translate visionary concepts into executable technical roadmaps.
- Security & Compliance: Implement rigorous security protocols to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with evolving global regulations.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field, with a focus on AI, Machine Learning, or Quantum Computing.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 2 years leading complex technical teams or projects.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in distributed systems, microservices, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Programming: Proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust, with experience building production-grade AI/ML pipelines.
- Future-Forward Thinking: Proven ability to anticipate industry trends and adapt architectures for future technologies.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
