Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design and implement high-performance, fault-tolerant systems capable of handling exascale data loads and AI inference.
- Lead AI Integration: Spearhead the integration of Generative AI and Large Language Models into core business workflows to automate complex decision-making processes.
- Quantum Readiness: Develop hybrid architectures that seamlessly integrate classical cloud computing with emerging quantum computing protocols.
- Tech Strategy: Define the technical roadmap for 2026, evaluating and adopting emerging technologies like Neuromorphic computing and Edge AI.
- Mentorship: Guide a team of elite engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in systems architecture, with at least 5 years in a lead or senior engineering role.
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Technical Mastery: Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- AI Expertise: Proven track record of working with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and LLM fine-tuning.
