Responsibilities
- Architect scalable systems for quantum-AI hybrid computing environments
- Lead development of autonomous decision frameworks for enterprise operations
- Design zero-trust security architectures for decentralized networks
- Collaborate with quantum computing teams on error correction protocols
- Research and implement novel neural network optimization techniques
- Present technological roadmaps to C-suite executives and venture partners
- Mentor junior engineers in emerging technology best practices
Qualifications
- 10+ years in distributed systems architecture with 5+ in quantum/AI integration
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field
- Expertise in TensorFlow, PyTorch, and quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit)
- Published research in top-tier AI/quantum conferences (NeurIPS, QIP)
- Experience leading cross-continental R&D teams of 15+ engineers
- Proficiency in blockchain consensus mechanisms (DPoS, PBFT)
- Security clearance or ability to obtain government-level clearance
