Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for 2026 readiness, focusing on AI, Quantum Computing, and Next-Gen Web3 protocols.
- Lead the architecture of high-performance, distributed systems capable of handling exascale data.
- Mentor senior engineering teams and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Conduct feasibility studies for bleeding-edge technologies and prototype viable solutions.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate futuristic visions into concrete technical strategies.
- Ensure system security, scalability, and compliance with global data standards.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in systems architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Deep expertise in cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and microservices.
- Proven track record of implementing AI and machine learning solutions at scale.
- Strong understanding of quantum computing principles and cryptographic security.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
