Responsibilities
- Architect the Future: Design and implement scalable, robust systems architecture for next-generation AI and predictive technologies.
- Roadmap Strategy: Define the technical roadmap and product vision specifically aligned with the technological landscape of 2026.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of elite engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence.
- Prototyping: Lead the creation of high-fidelity prototypes and Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for emerging technologies.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all architectural decisions adhere to the highest security standards and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Visionary Mindset: Proven ability to anticipate industry trends and translate them into technical strategy.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a track record of solving complex engineering challenges.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting to global audiences.
