Responsibilities
- Define and implement the long-term technical roadmap for the '2026 Horizon' initiative, focusing on AI and Quantum integration.
- Lead the architecture of scalable, high-performance systems designed for future computing demands.
- Mentor senior engineering teams and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate futuristic concepts into viable technical solutions.
- Oversee the integration of emerging technologies into existing infrastructure.
- Conduct feasibility studies for disruptive technologies and present strategic recommendations to executive leadership.
Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Quantum Computing principles.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, large-scale systems in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
