Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Solutions: Design and implement scalable, future-proof software architectures for the 2026 product roadmap, focusing on AI integration and Quantum readiness.
- Technical Leadership: Guide a team of elite engineers, establishing coding standards, best practices, and architectural patterns that ensure long-term maintainability.
- Innovation & Research: Stay at the forefront of emerging technologies (e.g., LLMs, Edge Computing, Web3) and evaluate their applicability to our core business needs.
- System Optimization: Drive performance optimization initiatives, ensuring our platforms handle high concurrency and complex data loads with zero latency.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and designers to translate futuristic concepts into actionable technical requirements.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in full-stack software development, with at least 3 years in a senior architectural or leadership role.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust, with deep experience in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Future-Ready Skills: Demonstrated experience with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow/PyTorch) or knowledge of Quantum Computing principles is a strong plus.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems and make data-driven technical decisions.
