Responsibilities
- Architect scalable, high-performance systems aligned with the 2026 technology roadmap.
- Lead the integration of Generative AI and Machine Learning models into core production environments.
- Design decentralized systems and ensure data sovereignty in global cloud infrastructures.
- Conduct feasibility studies and proof-of-concepts for emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum-ready protocols).
- Collaborate with cross-functional product and design teams to translate future trends into actionable engineering specs.
- Oversee code quality, system security, and performance optimization.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, system design, and cloud computing.
- Deep understanding of AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenAI APIs) and LLM integration.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale digital transformations or greenfield projects.
- Strong knowledge of microservices, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and serverless architectures.
- Experience with blockchain technology and distributed ledger concepts is highly preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
