Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior engineering role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust, with a strong understanding of distributed systems and microservices.
- Future Tech Knowledge: Demonstrated experience or research interest in AI/ML, Blockchain, or Quantum Computing principles.
- Problem Solving: Proven ability to solve complex technical challenges with innovative, scalable solutions.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
