Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design scalable, high-performance software architectures for AI integration and virtual reality environments.
- Pioneering R&D: Lead research initiatives exploring the convergence of quantum computing and neural networks.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define the technical roadmap for the 2026 product suite, ensuring alignment with market trends.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of elite engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation.
- Prototyping: Build rapid prototypes to validate complex futuristic concepts before full-scale deployment.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical visions to non-technical stakeholders and investors.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a lead or architect role.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in Python, Rust, and WebGL/Three.js; experience with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow/PyTorch).
- Visionary Mindset: Demonstrated ability to anticipate technological shifts and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a focus on solving complex, multi-variable engineering challenges.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly.
