As a key member of our R&D division, you will bridge the gap between theoretical AI capabilities and real-world enterprise applications, ensuring our platforms are scalable, secure, and ahead of the curve.
Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design scalable, high-availability neural network architectures that anticipate market trends and user behaviors for the 2026 landscape.
- Lead Innovation Strategy: Define the technical roadmap for emerging technologies, including generative AI, predictive analytics, and edge computing.
- Prototype & Validate: Build and iterate on proof-of-concept (PoC) models to validate feasibility before full-scale deployment.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Partner with product managers, engineers, and designers to translate complex data insights into intuitive user experiences.
- Mentor & Inspire: Guide a team of talented engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Ensure Ethical Standards: Implement robust governance frameworks to ensure AI transparency, fairness, and compliance with evolving regulations.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, machine learning, or data science, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud-native architectures (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to identify emerging trends and translate them into actionable technical strategies.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a track record of solving complex, unstructured problems in dynamic environments.
- Communication: Superior verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
