Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable, high-performance AI systems and quantum-ready algorithms.
- Lead the technical strategy for the company's roadmap, focusing on long-term technological trends.
- Mentor senior engineers and conduct rigorous code reviews to ensure architectural integrity.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate abstract futuristic concepts into concrete technical specifications.

Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML or Quantum Computing.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Rust.
- Experience with quantum computing frameworks such as Qiskit or Cirq.
