Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design and implement robust, high-performance systems capable of handling the computational load of next-generation AI models.
- Lead Innovation: Spearhead research into emerging technologies, specifically focusing on Agentic AI workflows and spatial computing interfaces.
- Technical Strategy: Define the long-term technical roadmap and architectural best practices for the '2026' product suite.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with product managers, data scientists, and engineering teams to translate complex requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentorship: Foster a culture of excellence by mentoring junior architects and engineers in advanced software engineering principles.
- Risk Management: Identify potential technical bottlenecks and architectural risks early in the development lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. PhD preferred.
- Experience: 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead architectural role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, Java, or Go. Proficiency in distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- AI & ML Knowledge: Strong understanding of Machine Learning infrastructure, MLOps, and Large Language Model (LLM) deployment patterns.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Passion: A deep passion for the future of technology and a desire to solve problems that don't yet have answers.
