Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable, next-generation system architectures capable of handling quantum-ready workloads.
- Lead the integration of advanced AI and machine learning models into core product infrastructure.
- Conduct technical feasibility studies for emerging technologies (e.g., AR/VR, Neural Interfaces).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical roadmaps and product strategies.
- Ensure code quality, security standards, and high-performance benchmarks across all new initiatives.
- Drive innovation workshops and hackathons to foster a culture of creativity and problem-solving.
- Oversee the technical migration of legacy systems to future-proof cloud environments.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
- Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust, with hands-on experience in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Strong background in AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and large language model integration.
- Experience with distributed systems, microservices, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of delivering complex, scalable solutions under tight deadlines.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
