Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the 2026 Technology Vision, aligning technical goals with business objectives.
- Trend Analysis: Identify emerging technologies (AI, Web3, Automation) and assess their potential impact on our product ecosystem.
- Architecture Leadership: Oversee the design and implementation of scalable technical architectures capable of supporting 10x growth.
- Team Leadership: Mentor senior engineering leaders and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and investors.
- Partnerships: Evaluate and integrate partnerships with key technology providers and research institutions.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years in Technology Strategy, Product Management, or Engineering Leadership roles.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of AI/ML frameworks, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and microservices architecture.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to translate long-term vision into actionable roadmaps.
- Leadership: Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams of 50+ engineers.
