Responsibilities

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology R&D or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum systems, advanced robotics, or synthetic biology
- Experience securing $5M+ in innovation funding or grants
- Strong strategic planning and stakeholder management skills
- Published research or patents in high-impact technology domains
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts for executive audiences
