- Partner with Fortune 500 clients to implement futuristic solutions
- Mentor a team of 15+ researchers and engineers
- Present innovation frameworks at global tech summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ in leadership roles
- Proven track record launching scalable tech products
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering
- Published research in IEEE or Nature journals
- Experience with agile development in regulated industries
- Strong network with academic/tech innovation communities
- Exceptional strategic communication skills
