Responsibilities

Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech innovation with 5+ in leadership roles
- PhD or equivalent in Quantum Computing, AI, or Neurotechnology
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging tech (3+ products)
- Expertise in ethics frameworks for advanced AI systems
- Strong background in securing federal/state innovation grants
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Experience building R&D teams with diverse technical expertise
