Responsibilities
- Design and execute innovation roadmaps for emerging technologies (2026+ horizon)
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams of engineers, designers, and strategists
- Identify and validate disruptive market opportunities through trend analysis
- Develop patent-pending solutions in AI integration and quantum applications
- Secure strategic partnerships with industry leaders and academic institutions
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor next-gen innovators through our Future Tech Accelerator program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ in leadership roles
- Expertise in emerging tech: AI, quantum computing, biotech, or sustainable systems
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products/services
- Strong background in venture capital or corporate innovation
- PhD or equivalent in STEM field preferred
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent journals
- Experience with agile innovation methodologies and lean startup principles
- Exceptional strategic thinking with futurist mindset
