Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 2026-ready tech prototypes and scalable solutions
- Drive strategic innovation roadmaps for AI ethics, quantum algorithms, and green tech integration
- Partner with academic institutions and government agencies on future-focused research initiatives
- Present visionary concepts to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Mentor junior innovators and foster a culture of radical experimentation
- Secure patents and intellectual property for breakthrough technologies
- Monitor global tech trends and regulatory shifts affecting 2026+ landscapes
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in tech innovation with proven track record of launching disruptive products
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AGI safety, climate tech, or neurotech
- Experience securing $5M+ in R&D funding or venture capital for experimental projects
- Published research in top-tier journals/conferences (NeurIPS, Nature, etc.)
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming frameworks
- Exceptional strategic communication skills for translating complex concepts
