Responsibilities
- Lead R&D initiatives for next-gen AI systems and quantum computing applications
- Develop strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (2026-2030)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prototype and validate disruptive innovations
- Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for technological disruption
- Secure patents and intellectual property for novel tech solutions
- Mentor junior researchers and foster a culture of radical innovation
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in advanced R&D or tech innovation leadership
- Expertise in at least one emerging tech domain (AI, quantum, biotech, or clean energy)
- Proven track record of launching commercialized tech products
- Strong analytical skills with ability to model complex systems
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder alignment
