Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuro interfaces, climate AI) with 3-5 year market impact
- Design scalable frameworks for integrating futuristic tech into enterprise ecosystems
- Lead innovation sprints with MIT-caliber engineers and design thinkers
- Develop patentable solutions in sustainable tech or human augmentation domains
- Present strategic tech roadmaps to C-suite and venture capital partners
- Mentor junior innovators in rapid prototyping methodologies
- Author white papers published in Nature Technology and IEEE journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Bioengineering, or Physics (or equivalent breakthrough portfolio)
- 5+ years in R&D with 3+ patents or peer-reviewed publications
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum algorithms, synthetic biology, or climate modeling
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Track record of launching technologies with $10M+ commercial impact
- Experience securing government SBIR grants or corporate innovation funding
- Certification in Future Foresight or Technology Impact Assessment
