Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical vision for 2026-era AI and machine learning infrastructure.
- Lead the migration of legacy systems to quantum-ready cloud architectures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate advanced AI models into core products.
- Mentor senior engineers and establish best practices for scalable, future-proof codebases.
- Conduct feasibility studies for emerging technologies like neuromorphic computing.
- Manage technical risks and drive the resolution of complex system bottlenecks.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a Lead or Engineering Manager role.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Neural Network architecture.
- Strong background in distributed systems, cloud computing (AWS/Azure), and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Experience with quantum computing frameworks or a demonstrable interest in quantum algorithm development.
- Proven track record of leading high-performance teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
