Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the 2026 technology roadmap, identifying emerging trends in AI, Quantum Computing, and Neural Interfaces.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research initiatives to prototype and validate futuristic technologies before market adoption.
- Team Architecture: Build, mentor, and scale high-performance engineering teams focused on long-term vision projects.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex futuristic concepts into actionable strategies for executive leadership and investors.
- Patent & IP Strategy: Lead efforts to secure intellectual property rights for groundbreaking innovations.
- Collaboration: Partner with academic institutions and industry leaders to foster a culture of continuous innovation.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in software engineering, product management, or technical leadership roles.
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is strongly preferred.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of AI/ML architectures, Cloud Computing, and emerging paradigms like Web3 or Edge Computing.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of identifying emerging trends and successfully integrating them into business strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex, forward-looking technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
