Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Design the high-level technical strategy and architecture for the 2026 initiative, ensuring scalability and future-proofing.
- Lead Advanced R&D: Spearhead research in Generative AI, Quantum Computing, and Neural Interfaces.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineering teams to translate futuristic concepts into actionable development plans.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide a team of senior engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Vendor Management: Evaluate and select third-party technologies that align with the 2026 vision.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, AI development, or systems architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Visionary Mindset: Ability to anticipate industry trends and translate them into technical specifications.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
